SS Food currently delivers within:

• Serviceable pincode areas shown in the app

If your location is outside our delivery zone, the app will notify you before placing the order.

• 30–60 minutes depending on distance, restaurant preparation time, and traffic.

• Peak hours, heavy rain, or high demand may affect delivery speed.

Real-time tracking is available through the Order Tracking section in the app.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on:

• Distance from the restaurant

• Surge hours

• Offers or discounts

All charges are clearly shown before confirming the order.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

• You will receive an Order Confirmation Notification immediately.

• The restaurant will begin preparing your food.

• A delivery partner will be assigned shortly.

5. Delivery Attempts

The delivery partner will attempt delivery once. A refund cannot be issued if:

• The customer is unavailable 

• Wrong address or unreachable phone number

• Security restrictions prevent entry

6. Contactless Delivery

For safety, customers may choose Contactless Delivery.

The delivery partner will leave the food at the doorstep and notify you.

7. Delay in Delivery

We try our best to deliver on time.

However, delays may occur due to:

• Restaurant delays
